9:40 am - So disappointed. Wanted to get some chopped brisket to take with us but we were told they couldn’t do “pounds” until 10:30am. It was there - I could see it. So I didn’t purchase anything! So long Buc
ees!

Why does my fudge have a piece of paper attached to it? Not exactly what I want to bite into!! Seems they don't care as they never respond to reviews or try to make it right

Buc-ees, please stop advertising Texas Brisket. It is a disgrace to Texas. Make 1 batch of your chicken salad with Dukes Mayo and you will have some great chicken salad. Right now it tastes like chalk. Everything else about the store is great. Always plenty of pumps, snacks, great employees, drinks. But the main food is just nasty.

I always make sure to stop when I pass through. It’s worth any wait they may have in the parking lot! The service is great, every employee is extremely helpful for whatever you need. Great food, clean stores, plenty of gas pumps, and whatever else you can think of. Oh, and we also got to meet Buc-ee! Thank y’all for the great service!

Another solid Buc-ee’s stop. Busy as usual, but clean and a great place to take a break on a road trip.

Huge gas station with lot's of store cooked food, drinks, t-shirts, gifts, hunting equipment, fishing equipment, fudge, jerky, brisket sandwiches and many other things. One star lost because the restroom wasn't that clean.

Everything you think of! Great place for travelers. Clean bathrooms, good food and treats, amazing gifts, and more! The only thing missing is some outside sitting areas to eat for weary travelers that don't just want to sit in their car for their breaks.

When going to buc ees for the first time don't think your going to just run in and out pump your gas and go. First there will be people walking to and from their vehicles everywhere. And they don't care that your in a hurry. When you find a parking spot or gas pump get ready to walk inside to a mad house. There will be so many people inside you'd think they were giving away some type of coveted prize. Now first timer you get to join the throng of wanders and gaze upon the endless sea of overpriced merchandise and food. My tip would be to head to the homemade fudge, smoked brisket sandwich and fountain drink area as fast as possible then go! Don't go there on a hurry because you'll definitely be late to where you're going!

Buc-ee’s still has great restrooms—plenty of them and very clean, which is always appreciated on road trips. However, the food experience has declined. Customization is no longer an option. They offer sandwiches that look appetizing, but some come with odd combinations like spicy mayo and pesto, which I personally find unappealing. Unfortunately, you can’t order these sandwiches without the sauce.
The counter where you could once place custom orders for burritos, tacos, and sandwiches has also been removed. While I’ll continue stopping at Buc-ee’s for bathroom breaks and drinks, I’ll be skipping the food from now on.
On long road trips (whether 5 or 14 hours), having a place to both refuel and grab a meal in one stop is ideal, but unfortunately, Buc-ee’s is no longer that place.

Always a stop for me on I-10. Always busy. Difficult to find parking, unless you park on the side. I enjoy the unique and variety of products. The fudge is a must. Best bathrooms. Clean and many. Stalls are very private, only a small opening around the bottom. If there is a line, it moves quickly. Oh, and there is gasoline available.

It has indeed the world's cleanest bathrooms. Their burritos are pretty good

Busy as always! Bathrooms are always nice and clean and plentiful. Always buy University of Alabama products! Food is plentiful but I don't eat beef so it's not as plentiful for me. And, I am older and need smaller portions like for children. Help me out buc-ee's!
