The gentlemen that helped my husband and I could not have been nicer. We only needed 3 bundles of shingles but we felt we received the same attention as if we were purchasing a truck load.

Did. Not delivery the materials that we paid for them too. Never called to tell us. Having to pay the roofers to stand around. Had to stop my crew of 4 guys working and get them to help pick up the material. While I'm getting cussed out by the customers. Got here and loaded up. Tire on trailer was flat. Didn't have any tools to change it. Asked the guys in the yard which they wanted $5 to let me borrow. Went in to the office. Told them and pretty much said oh well f off.All this when they didn't deliver the materials that we paid for to get delivered.This ain't over. I'm calling the main office and if I have sueing this ace. Costing my company at less a 500. If we didn't lose the job. Plus ruining our reputation put a price on thatDavid Scott berga

They never answer their phone. I've tried 2 days straight and website says they are open but the phone rings endlessly and rolls over to a recording telling you to press 1 to speak to someone, and I do but it just keeps ringing and then rolls back over to the recording again. Very frustrating when you are trying to place an order with a company but they won't answer their phone. I guess they don't want anyone's business! Don't waste your time with them like I did, just call another supplier!!

Great place. Got there 30 min before they closed and they still unloaded me. Also if you're a trucker...they have room to park overnight behind their building.
