“I grew up there in apartment 40. It holds many good memories for me, I could tell you a thousand stories of growing up here too. The rain on the sidewalk, riding my scooter from my apt to the dumpster and back. Running around in the grass and rolling in the white little weeds. Balancing on the wooden pegs on the hill and pretending im in a circus. every now and then when we are in robertsdale we swing by and drive around the complex to see how it's changed. Things are a little different but the memories remain. I plan to move back here after college.”
“I had lived with Annandale for 5 years and had issues as everyone else did. However when the new apartment Manager took over and she had found out about the mailbox being broken. She had it promptly fixed. I had accumulated over the allowed amount of animals(4 dogs) and was never worried about being kicked out due to that. Sally had done some damage and the apartment had 5 years of wear/tear on the floors and walls but I wasn’t charged for extra fees. She works within her limits and helps when she can. Good luck. ❤️ It can be hard to turn a place around that was neglected for years.”
