I have used this storage until for a couple of years. And they are wonderful always willing to work with you and I have never had an issue with my unit. The location is very well maintained.

Was very pleased to find something close and available. Was extremely difficult to have them return my call and when she did she was rude beyond measures not just the first time but several times completely uncalled for. So much is wrong with how you handle this business I would not recommend this storage to anyone entirely to much drama in a bad kind of way. I truly feel for people whom talk to and treat others as youu seemed to do.

She is Amazing! #3 yrs of renting, NO Problems with the unit! She is the sweetest. She will work with you on anything. She keeps a detailed record of calls, messages and payments! I highly recommend this business. i have never had to worry about anyone breaking in my unit either!

Woman in office was rude and very hard to get a hold of to pay bill. My storage building was open when I went to put more stuff in it but no explanation. When I asked if they had security they could not produce no video

Poor service, no cameras, cameras that are there r fake,can not ever give an explanation of where items have gone due to someone breaking into unit, and when someone has not paid unit instead of giving items away to someone in need they take to dump

Until today I would have given 5 stars but ...I recieved a message my unit was broken into .Arrived to find my unit locked with a new lock,NO_ ONE here and not able to reach anyone by phone . Standing around for the last 2 1/2 hrs seen Nobody cant access my unit to see what's missing , lost time from work !!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CARE FOR YOURE CUSTOMERS !!!!!!Going to cost me another day off work to deal with this. Unbelievable Yep definitely a negative stars now Talk about BAD business.Trust me go somewhere else !!!!!!!!!!!!Update here's to another hour wasted no return phone call No body here .......

You pay your bill and the lady (using that term loosely) calls and tells you that the unit is about to be foreclosed on. Bill is paid on time every month. The lady is very rude and cannot do the job. I get it's a family owned units but omg this is ridiculous. The lady always has some family issue and that is why she makes the errors, so she says. Been there 10 years and never had any issues until this lady took over. Leaving these storage units will be the best thing ever.
