“I had a climate controlled unit for 3 years and I could not be more pleased with it. ALL of my personal belongings were in excellent condition upon moving them out of the unit. I say that because I have used other storage companies in the past and lost the majority of my belongings due to poor structure and rats. Last December I had some personal issues and totally forgot to pay my December rent so my unit was locked as per the agreement. I didn’t even realize it until Christmas Eve night when I went to get some gifts for my children that I had put in there previously. I called the owner AFTER 8 pm and even though I had missed my rent, she did not hesitate to come and let me in to get those things! (I paid for December and January the next day). I have nothing negative to say so if you’re looking to store anything, go there!”
