“I brought my VW Routan to them last summer, had it back in a week. Transmission slipped on the way home, called the next day and was told parts were seeding in place. It seemed fine, just a tad bit off for the next few months. After five months, it went out. They were kind enough to honor the warranty even though the ex employee failed to write a date on it.
