Very disappointed in the customer service dollar general is providing to their customers. About 6 months ago the store would close when it got hot in the store, assuming it took months to get the a/c fixed, every time I go to the store, everyone is smoking outside and expect you to just take care of yourself at the self checkouts. Now it’s been 2 or 3 weeks and they have only been able to take cash, while the self checkouts are down. Not sure if it’s the store or leadership, or corporate but please try and get things fixed in a timely manner for your customers. I know I can go to Walmart or Publix to get the same items but your store is more convenient. Thanks

Handicap parking at the very front always available with wheel chair accessible entrance. Great for a quick stop or if needing to looka little deeper for items you hadn't even thought of. Knowledgeable,friendly fast passed one on one service. Fresh produce is available. Multiple forms of payment are excepted. Very clean , organized and well stocked inventory. Highly recommend

Great for a quick stop for things... YOU have to pretty much help yourself with everything! Down to finding things without the stock ready to be put out, freezers not working yet stocked with food NOT for buying! To checking out on your own and hoping everything that scanned ... Help is SO needed and no one wants to work ANYWHERE! MIND BLOWING TO SEE BUSINESSES GO OUT DUE TO LACK OF HELP ?

No one is never at the registers, the older guy I think he’s the store manager he’s always acting like he’s stocking the shelves, and the older lady. They only speak and talk to their own race, but the other race that comes in they ignore.

The store is a mess! The lady that works there named Dale is rude and has no customer service! The prices are always wrong and they don't want to give you the price that's on the item

This place has gone so far down hill its unbelievable. It's bad when the town of rehobeth all talks about how bad it's gotten but nothing is changing/ 2022 Update....still horrible and now theres a new manager that likes to yell at women.

Since Sydney left, this store has gone downhill. The new store manager and assistant manager gossip about different customers while other customers are in earshot. This is not professional in the least. The shelves are always lacking but boxes are in the walkway, I guess to restock? The staff at the 231 store and Brannon Stand/Fortner store are all incredible people. They leave the drama at the time clock, as it should be. My daughter just got her license and can't even go to the 203 store (close to home) without being accused of turning in a bad survey or purposefully moving items into wrong places to cause trouble. We will continue to go out of our way to shop elsewhere to avoid the harassment and accusations. The drama that this store has caused has upset even my husband. It isn't right.
