Very easily my favorite Starbucks in huntsville/Madison. The baristas are always very friendly and helpful. The inside is clean and the outdoor seating is nice and usually quiet.4 stars for food because its still starbucks food. But not much can be done about that.

We visit this Starbucks almost every weekend! It’s alway clean, baristas are welcoming and prompt! Kim and Selena always offer the best customer service! We have occasionally been serviced by other baristas during the week/weekend who are not as friendly.

Young lady Jamiya in drive through is the best! Most times they are always out of displayed menu items.

I frequent three different locations (for tea, never coffee). This is easily the best in Huntsville. Everyone is always friendly, the order always accurate. If you are in the mood for a hot beverage in Huntsville, this is your stop.

OK, so this is kind of important. This SB is located on a military base. Not being from the area and not knowing this, I used my app to order ahead. As I was following my GPS to the location, I turned a corner and realized I was at gate to a military facility. The guard had clearly seen this a million times before and asked if I was going to SB even before I said anything. He did end up letting me on base to get my order but said he wasn't supposed to. My order was as expected. I was planning on hanging out but just got it to go as I had no business being on the base. So, the moral of the story is, only order from this SB if you can actually get on base.

Fabulous customer service this morning. Drive thru opened precisely at 0600 and the staff was very Courteous and prompt. Coffee & spinach wrap was great as usual. Refreshing service considering customer service seems to be a lost Art at some places.

The place is AMAZING! There’s a lot of awesome food there! Climate control, free Wi-Fi, USB ports underneath the bench for sitting, and they thought of every detail that I could have thought of! Thanks Michael Bates for running your restaurant perfectly!

kind staff and great coffee. by the way, there is no reason to rate this place one star just because it’s on a military base and u didn’t know; it has nothing to do with the place or its food/service quality ??
