Took the Tiffin factory tour today. It was excellent and well worth the time. We got to meet Bob Tiffin and have our picture taken with him. The tour guides were very good to point out the process of building a motorhome. I would highly recommend it.

I have owned our Tiffin Allegrobus 45 OPP for 3 and a half years. We have put on 48k miles traveling this great country of ours. We spend 4 to 6 months out of the year in our bus with three dogs. I want to say that we are extremely happy customers and that Tiffin really stands behind its product and truly understands their customers and go out of there way to take care of us. The employees at Tiffin treat us like family and take care of things fast and easy. I will be buying a New Tiffin next year but I already miss mine.
I highly recommend Tiffin and all the good folks of Red Bay Alabama!

Tiffin Wayfarer Service does not live up to their reputation.We purchased a brand new Tiffin Wayfarer 25RW in June from their authorized dealer in AZ. For me the selling point was Tiffin is known for their exceptional service since new RVs tend to have issues. The salesperson really stressed that too.Back in June I worked with Tiffin customer service to repair a number of items like the AC not blowing on one side and a water leak over the inverter. I was impressed with Greg at Tiffin CS, but there has been one major electrical item I could not fix. I placed multiple calls and no one would get back to me. I ended up scheduling a service appoint at my dealer, which was two months out, to fix the electrical issue and a few other warranty items.Our RV has been at the dealer's service center for over two weeks waiting on Tiffin. They are saying Tiffin will not return their calls or emails to assist them fixing the items, or authorize the other repairs that have come up. During the walk through in June the bathroom door was warped beyond use and the dealer placed one on order. It still has not shipped, even though their system has posted multiple shipping notices.I normally do not post negative reviews, but I'm at a loss if they will not call me or their dealers back.We do like our RV, but would really like to be using it.

I’m a certified repair facility that called for info because it seems that some how the access panel in the rear of the rv won’t come up to access the engine. Well tiffen wouldn’t even let me speak to a technical service person to see if this is a common problem and how to rectify it. They told me I had to contact the customer to contact tiffen. Well that sounds really dumb if you ask me for such a simple question. It’s not like I called and asked how to hit wire the rv!!!!

So I'm a disabled veteran who uses their class A to travel and conduct events for our outreach programs, for our over 500k supporters, which is insane because this same rv has its front side panels peeling off and the inside driver wall has ripped off from the dashboard. Yet when I called , I was told by the service department that it sounds like I need to bring it into a shop near me to get it looked at. They didn't ask any questions, barely spoke back when I asked about appointments, what are my options, and couldn't answer any questions about warranties. At least they didn't waste my time on the phone... cause they simply hung up on me.Don't worry, next time I get approached by someone asking about my rv, I'll make sure to share my honest opinion and save them a few 100k.

The service department is garbage and unreliable. The workers & town around us are extremely unfriendly towards people of color. I bought a brand new coach a week ago, & it has had more than 13 repairs. The service department has been really lackadaisical as it has related to repairs. I am extremely disappointed in the brand. If you need repairs done, be prepared to wait every bit of 2 weeks. There’s plenty more but I am tired of explaining my circumstances….. you have been warned !

We purchased our brand new Allegro Bus 45opp in May of this year from a Tiffin dealer in Harriston Ontario.There were issues not resolved from day one and every day there after it has been a nightmare.No ladder, DS rear pushout does not go in fully, scratched paint and other paint defects, outdoor entry panel does not work at all, the windshield wipers quite working, the crown molding behind the drivers seat rattles when driving, there is a crack in one of the cabinet doors, the cabinet doors are not lined up, the two push-out behind the pasenger seat leaves marks on the ceramic floor, there are 2 air vents broken and just spin, the undercarriage doors are not aligned, the dealer installed the wrong cooler, the abs traction and collision lights are on and we have been in once and the dealer could not fix, the main spider that controls everything stopped working,Now we are told that we should drive it Red Bay to have all this resolved. When spending the hundreds of thousands on a coach you expect much better quality than this.Where is the consumer protection against horrible manufacturing and quality?TIFFIN'S QUALITY NEEDS HELP

We bought a 2023 have had it only 2 weeks... so disappointed in all the thing that don't work and are cheap made....our coachman that we traded in was very well made it was a 2018. I think we made a big mistake with this tiffin 2023 open road allegro PA...

It's a joke
