We can't say enough positive things about this place. Mr. McKinney is a top-notch professional with a professional crew. We live near Memphis with a 34' 2001 Allegro Bay RV that had a separation between the floor and the wall. For weeks, we researched and called to find a place that could repair the problem. One other place said they could, but was booked for 3 months. Not even Tiffin Motorhome or Red Bay Body Shop would look at our RV. Double B referred us to McKinney, and Mr. McKinney told us to come down anytime. We made the 2 hour drive the next day, he looked at it immediately and repaired it the SAME DAY! He picked up a part himself at the Tiffin place in town. This was not a small repair -- this involved removal of the wall panel, replacing screws and securing with adhesive. We waited for it and was home before rush hour. The cost was very reasonable. We now have our own go-to reliable repair shop for our RV. This is a great relief since there doesn't seem to be any competent shops in our region (Memphis). As Mr. McKinney told us over the phone "I can fix anything wrong with your RV".
