This place was recommened and I was not impressed. They promised to call with an est on truck door and I had to call them twice over a week later . They finally got hinges on door replaced. We had asked for an estimate on tailgate latch and to paint truck, we again asked twice and they never addressed those two things. Nice enough people but Customer Service skills are highly lacking.

I locked my keys in my car and tried calling my insurance company to use my overly priced insurance benefit. I was informed there was a 2-3 hour wait for the wrecker to get there. So I called Ledbetter's and even though there was still a little bit of a wait, it wasn't as long of a wait as the one for the wrecker! Thanks for the service!

Absolutely gem of a buisness in Bucyrus. They fixed my car from a deer accident quickly,and it looks factory original. They are very nice and customer friendly. Highly recommend for body repairs or insurance repairs if applicable.

They always do a phenomenal job very detail oriented— I haven’t seen my car this clean in forever even getting it detailed they don’t do this good a job!— amazing customer service and get it done in a reasonable time frame!

Mason Ledbetter has had my keys for over 30 hrs.I have gotten the run around about when my car would be picked up. First Mason said he went to the wrong place but he had a number to reach out and choose not to. The next 24 hrs I guess my vehicle just wasn't as important as the "other cars he needed to pick-up " Even though the wrecker and rollback have not moved since I dropped my keys off! I will never recommend Ledbetters to anyone ever. What a nightmare. My vehicle would be back on the road had it not been for Ledbetters, causing me to miss out on work and inturn money.
