I've been with AL-GA Propane Ranburne, AL now for a couple of years. I chose then over all the other Gas companies around me because of 3 reasons.1. Lowest tank rental2. Pre-buy option. I like to buy ahead of the Cold weather. So when Cold weather does get here I'm not paying 3-4 dollars per gallon.3. The Ranburne ladies have always been very nice & prompt.Keep up the Great Job.J.CRoopville,GA

Awful. I called and paid my final bill and told them I was moving out a few years back. They never took me off the account apparently. Now years later I am getting hit with a back pay from collections and a charge for a tank pick up at a house that I no longer live at. Wonderful job.**Edited. The company called me and apologized for everything. The lady who called was very professional and offered very insightful solutions to everything. I wish I could have been dealing with her entirely. Bumping my review back up to a 4 star for her work and effort, thank you sincerely!

New customer, very happy with their service, friendly, polite, and no surprises. I was raised in the propane business, Dad ran one for 50 years. I think that I will be a customer for many years to come.

Ms Tammy & Chad have been extremely helpful during the long process of replacing a broken valve on my propane tank. Since the tank had to be completely empty before the replacement could be done, it took months. Frequent check ins were welcome, and when the day finally came, when we all had cold showers, Mr Chad showed up the same day & had everything working & the tank filled up,within the hour. He even made sure that the water heater pilot light was working. Warm water & hot showers are such a wonderful blessing, thanks to AL-GA propane!

Three weeks after my initial call, and still no gas. Will NOT answer phone or return calls. Tank is now empty and I have just left a message to come and pick the tank up. I would caution folks to use good sense when dealing with these folks.

I called the day before Thanksgiving told them we were at 5%. She said it would be 7-10 days and we would probably be out and would require a pressure check, I told her I was fine with that , that following Friday driver pulled up went to the tank and left. I went to check tank no bill no gas. A little while later he came back, still no gas no bill. I called office for someone to tell me order had been canceled and we needed a pressure check, so now I’m still waiting on gas. I’m not getting people just phone messages. We still have a pilot light and hot water which we are using sparling. I just want gas.after today if I get no response I’m going else where

They don’t know how to communicate with customers whatsoever. Completely wasted my time for 2 weeks before switching to a new company.
