“Hammer’s was great for us. It ended up raining on the day that we were out and we were soaking wet, so we stopped by and all found a change of clothes for relatively cheap. They welcomed us in however and the service was kind. If you ever need something for cheap and quickly and you are in the area, see if Hammer’s has what you need before ordering off Amazon.”

Today 7/10/24, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young lady named, "Rain" at the Customer Service Center of the Walmart in Ft. Payne, AL, and I must say, she is an exemplary employee. From the moment I approached the counter, Rain’s courteous demeanor and warm smile made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Rain’s attention to detail is truly remarkable. She listened carefully to my concerns, ensuring she understood every aspect of my issue before taking action. Her thoroughness and dedication to resolving my problem were evident in every step she took. It was clear that Rain genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to each customer she encounters.

What sets Rain apart is her obvious desire to serve. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, demonstrating patience and empathy throughout the entire process. Rain embodies everything a Customer Service Employee should be, and then some. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to excellence make her a standout member of the Walmart team.

I highly recommend Rain for any recognition or commendation that Walmart can offer. She is a shining example of outstanding customer service and a true asset to the Ft. Payne location. I spoke with Sam and Brayden who are in Management at the store and both assured me that they would make sure Rain received recognition for her outstanding service. I plan to follow-up the next time I'm at this Walmart and make sure they did! Rain, your dedication and hard work would have made Sam Walton proud! Keep up the great work!

The Curbside Pickup experience at Walmart was exceptional. I only had to wait approximately 3 minutes before my purchases were efficiently brought to my vehicle. This saved me a significant amount of time; what would have taken at least 30 minutes of searching, selecting, and checking out in-store was streamlined to a quick and effortless curbside experience.

What truly stood out, beyond the convenience of the service, is the outstanding customer service provided by a crew of courteous employees, especially one lady named Jesse. Her professionalism and helpfulness exemplified Walmart's commitment to customer satisfaction. Like Jesse, the other friendly Walmart employees I have met at Curbside Pickup not only fulfill the order but also load the items into your vehicle adds an extra layer of service that makes the entire process enjoyable. They treat my eggs, and bread like their own!
