Four rooms dragged out for four months with a dozen phone calls trying to track down installers and three personal visits to the store to see if something could be done to enable the installs. The carpet work was poor and the installer just walked out at 6 leaving a huge mess and nothing put back in place, no doors remounted. Therre was approximately 40% overage because the installer couldn't do simple math. The hardwood guy was top notch, though, when they finally reached out to the third different installer! Don't have a flooring nightmare with this company.

Always a pleasurable experience when I shop here. I'm new to the area and not only have they been helpful and informative regarding my painting needs (been 4 times to date) they've also taken the time to make me feel welcome.

The dude that came and put my flooring down stole my blu ray player along with some DVDs, a hammer, and some finishing nails. We alerted the members of the store but nothing has been done at all. Please don't ever do business with these people they will just steal from you. Its sad that you can't even trust people in your own home!

Great selection, professional installation and top-notch customer service... that's what you can expect from the fine folks at Rainsville Carpet Center. We've used them for several jobs through the years and have never been disappointed.
