“Sometimes I feel sad all my reviews are negative. I worry that reflects me and not the way ppl conduct businesses around here. But there I go to a place like this and I’m reminded, ppl can run a good, helpful, honest, company. This place renewed my hope in our town. Cause sadly most all other companies around here and fort payne are AWFUL with caring or being fair. I recommend this place. My husband loves it and the ppl. They mixed some Car paint for us and were beyond helpful. Perfect experience every time.”

“Took my car in because my brakes were squealing. They investigated and explained what was going on. Didn't try to suggest service when I didn't need it. Seems like an honest group of employees and I can't wait to give them my business in the future.Service: Brakes”

“Super great guys. Went in thinking i need an expensive and labor intensive job done, and they diagnosed the problem after test driving. Showed me what the problem was, (it turned out to be relatively minor) and then fixed the issue that day. I didnt even miss lunch. All in all I couldn't realistically ask for more.”

“Had a bad knocking sound and they said they couldn't get to me until Friday but they could listen to it and advise me what it might be.I drove there and Randy came out to help. After 20 seconds he found and fixed the problem !! I asked what did I owe him and he said "nothing". Good to know there are still decent people in this world!! Thank You!!Service: Engine repair”

“HIGHLY recommend Guffey & Son's to anyone! The clutch went out in our 1981 CJ5 Jeep 30 miles from home on a Sunday and they saved the day! My sister-in-law has AAA, so she called in a tow request at 3:17 pm. They said Twenty Four Seven Towing would be dispatched and be there within the hour, around 4:15 pm. After not hearing from the tow company, SIL called Twenty Four Seven directly. The guy told her AAA had called him, but he turned them down because he has "no drivers today". She called AAA again and was told they could try to locate another company, but it wouldn't be out of the Fort Payne area, which would be a much longer wait. I called Guffey & Son's towing. They jumped right on the job and were there in 30 minutes. The driver even unloaded our Jeep straight into our carport. Friendly, professional, and available 24/7, unlike other towing services!!”

“This is the place to go for auto repair needs, good honest people. I had just bought a new for me, 2016 Mercedes SUV with 105,000 miles, that had an engine light come on. I called them, and took it to them. They don’t specialize in Mercedes but do work on them. So when I got there they ran a diagnostic test on it. They found out what the problem was, the EGR system. He recommended I take it to a dealer and see what they said. I did take it to the dealer in Huntsville and it was covered under some extended warranty, I had no knowledge of. Bo’s didn’t charge me anything to run a diagnostic on it and put me in the right direction. The dealer didn’t charge me anything for the repair because it was a warranty item. Just the diagnostic at the dealer is usually $225. A lot of repair shops would’ve charged for the diagnostic and tried to repair it. Bo’s shop is very clean and organized. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of Bo’s auto repair shop.”
