BEWARE OF THIS WENDY'SMy wife walked in to the Wendy's and rainbow City and got us two Orange Dreamsicle Frosties and 3 hours later we were both puking all over the place I mean all night I suffered got it this morning threw up everywhere along with having a really bad upset stomach and the same effects my wife suffered. I mean come on think about it we both got deathly sick so that says either somebody there is poisoning the drinks or they need to recall this drink immediately!When we first drove up to this Wendy's establishment all the workers were outside because they were no customers and now we see why.... I asked upper management if you're reading this please do an overhaul on this fast food location no one there is doing their job right and I also think they're poisoning the food or at least the drinks.Someone needs to do a surprise inspection on this location. I will call corporate soon as I'm done here and let them know what happened.

2:00pm Friday got a double cheese and fries. Hamburger should not have served, patties where black and dry bun soggy was very disappointed. To many other places to eat at than there. Fed up with low standards. Bye !!

this is the WORST restaurant/fast food place I have ever been to. we had to repeat our order over the speaker 4 TIMES and it was just 2 number 4s with dr pepper. somehow that was hard to grasp i guess. then we asked for an orange frosty and of course, they didn’t have it. literally the only reason we went there to begin with. they then asked us to pull up after giving us our drinks and only 1 straw and we proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our food. DONT come to this location.

Worst fast food service I've ever experienced. Atleast half of their menu was no longer available. The lady with the short hair who was working the drive thru was very rude. She had an attitude at the speaker and when i pulled up to the window she only opened it enough to put her hand through it to do the transaction. Im not sure how the service is during the day but i will never be going back to wendys in rainbow city period. The everything was cold, my bacon double stack didnt have bacon on it and looked like they dug it out the trash can and wrapped it back up. I tried to go back with the food and ask them to remake but she just made me pull up and then came out not even 30 seconds later with another biggie bag that was also cold and not made fresh. And the little boy that brought it out didnt say word when he handed it to me just mean mugged me and walked back in. Very ghetto and i would not recommend just in case anybody was wondering. Dont waste your money and time like i did and let them ruin your night.

everyone just stands around talking and cutting up in the back while they are slammed have people in the lobby waiting 20+ minutes and don’t even have drinks in hand after paying for their orders. tables were sticky and disgusting one even have a baby pacifier just left on it. my chick sat in the fryer basket for atleast 10 minutes thats I witnessed with my own eyes no telling how long it’s been pulled just getting cold while once again the workers are just back there cutting up at the drive thru window. ordered 4 burgers took them damn near an hour just to give it to us. will not being coming back. I guy was in the driver thru longer than we were inside and he came in asking for a refund they are refusing to give him his money back.

Horrible service. The girl cooking was not wearing gloves the whole 20 minutes I sat at the drive thru window waiting on one kids meal. They always have horrible attitudes.

I started on the 8th was supposed to have received my first paycheck today and didnt so I guess I worked for free . The training was poor . your going to have to keep calling and reminding them to put you on the schedule . no one will tell you that your scheduled to work when a new schedule comes out its very discombobulated. everybody has a attitude about nothing . the assistant managers will start yelling at you not even caring if the customers can hear them through the headset very ghetto . when you ask for help or don’t know what to do everybody gets mad and when you speak on it they will try to send you home . they pay rate $10 the highest they can start you it’s honestly not worth it.(*update - I just put in a complaint with the department of labor the GM kameisha can’t help or doesn’t know anything and has been telling me to wait all morning its now 2PM ! she also doesn’t take the situation serious because the check thats owed to me is small .if i decide to take legal action i would like for everyone to have that same energy please do not work for this ghetto underpaying company that makes your food on the backline with no gloves on )(*another update- The General manager (kameisha) called upset about my honest review instead informing me on updates on the check I still haven’t received she wants to know why I left my review insinuating that it was “mess” and that I’m balancing in between jobs . The review that I left was the truth if you want someone to speak good about your establishment make sure you treat them right you cannot narrate someone else’s experience and in between her forgetting to put me on the schedule or me having to constantly remind her to let me know about the schedule I picked up a better job offer . that phone call proved my previous review and hopefully this will help her not call me trying to be a confrontational manager(another update: it is now January 29th a whole week without my paycheck. Ive called and emailed Home office/payroll since the 22nd all the way until now no one has gotten back with me. Ive called up to the store to see if anybody can give me any answers on why I didn’t get paid but of course its taken lightly or no one cares because they got paid so why would they care? I’ve tried to contact Jason the district manager no response .Ive never worked for a company that had a employee work for free and nobody not even the general manager or district manager can get a hold of payroll/home office to tell them where there check is somebody needs to be fired honestly !!! next week will make 3 weeks ive waited and it will also make a new pay day for wendys . I will leave updates until im paid(another update: it is now February 2nd . i was supposedly have gotten paid JANUARY 22 . 11 days still no paycheck. I was told on Tuesday that my check was fedex in mail and would receive it Thursday never received ( they have been lying and giving me the run around about my check since january 22nd) I have contacted homeoffice , no response. Ive have the district manager Jason’s personal number texted/called/left a voicemail no response from the DISTRICT MANAGER . The general manager is just as clueless has been no new answers or information about my check. they are not trying to pay me i will probably will never receive my check they cam easily go into the safe and give emergency funds and could have been paid me. its almost another pay period for them monday everyone will be getting laid again. PLEASE DO NOT WORK OR EAT AT WENDYS ON RAINBOW DRIVE I DO NOT WAMT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE SO PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE . I will updates until im paid thats if they pay me(another update: it’s february 4th 13 days almost 2 weeks still haven’t my money from january 22nd . same stuff different day .tomorrow is a new pay period for wendys as in they get paid AGAIN)

Small town wendy's, so they only have one Frosty machine. I went for the peppermint but they only had the chocolate. How is one to know when they have the peppermint? The app should have told me that peppermint wasn't available?

Worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Food is con't to fail the Dave test. I'm done!!! If there was a 0 on this scale you'd get it. If I ever get the urge for Wendy's food again I will drive to another city with the hope that surely somewhere there is a responsible franchisee that gives a rip about quality and service. It sure ain't in Rainbow City, AL, so don't waste your time.Parking: Building locked!!drive thru only. Parking lot full of holes, terrible

The restaurant kinda appeared to be closed. Parking lot was completely empty. Drive-thru including the menu was super dark. The lights inside the building were the only indication that it was open.So i wanted ghost pepper fries, but they were out of the sauce. So i decided on queso fries which i must say were DELICIOUS. (I ate them all before i remembered to take a photo. Luckily there were 2 little ones in the corner lol). Thats where the good ended, though. The sweet tea tasted like fabuloso floor cleaner. *dont ask me how I know that flavor**.. I also ordered a daves single deluxe. The lettuce was wilted and tomato was mushy, so i took them off. No big deal. But then i tasted the burgee. It was awful. Threw the entire thing into the garbage. Im not mad. I should have trusted the reviews. But i do have one question.....How in the world can a hamburger taste so bland when there is enough ketchup and mayo on it to dip 958 french fries with some left over. In reality it was close to a 1/8 of a cup. But whatever, even with all the sauce to cover it, the burgers distinct "cardboardy" flavor seeped through. Not good.On a side note, service was quick, maybe a little bit more unprofessional than it should have been. But it was 8pm, the drive thru worker was definitely still a teenager, and i understand lol. They were friendly enough and fast enough.

Takes 20 minutes to get your food. The staff all inside playing and flirting with each other. Then gave the wrong order. They Should fire everyone

Service was beyond horrible took 20 minutes for one order of nuggets and they weren’t even busy at all one car besides us they were very rude pants hanging down past there butts and you know they have to pull them up so that means touching underwear and touching food also wearing sweatpants and a tshirt that’s too small nobody was wearing Wendy’s shirts or anything they all should be fired and this place shut down finally recieved my nuggets for them to taste old like thy might have been cooked in past few minutes but they tasted horrible and made my stomach hurt this location needs to be shut down asap or a whole new crew before they completely loose business or give people food poisoning even the woman waiting next to us for her food was getting angry with how long it was taking and how rude they all were VERY unprofessional.
