Had to leave my vehicle over night after bringing it in at 0830 for a used vehicle inspection. No communications and when I picked up my hybrid, there was no battery check slip attracted. Won't be back.

Great experience overall stopped in for a quick service was able to be seen on the same day. Shane was the service advisor and did a great job.

They are alot better than a few years ago. I think they have new staff that are very courteous, as opposed to how it use to be. I was driving to Lexus of Birmingham just to have an oil change but decided to give Toyota service department another chance and this time I'm very satisfied. I will be using them from now on.

Everyone is so courteous, and they Express genuine concern. They listened to me, and even took me back to the garage to show me what was going on. The waiting area is spacious, with TV, and snacks provided. They even offer free car washes. Thank you Fred for being so nice.

I have used them twice after purchasing my new vehicle with them. After my first oil change( i waited 4 hours and had an appointment) I was told an appointment wasn’t necessary on Saturdays for oil change and tire rotation. So the next time I showed up without an appointment (needed tire rotation only) Saturday at 10 AM. They close on Saturdays at 1PM. I was refused service. The man told me they were to busy. And to make an appointment. So no matter what you are told by this service department. Make an appointment and be prepared to wait several hours no matter what kind of service you are having done!

Dealt with service department..they had an obscure part that I would have had to wait a week or so to get online..was in and out in 15 minutes and put the part on my truck in the parking lot. Staff was kind and helpful

Called at least 8 times and could not get anyone at dealer after going back home finally got service center and they really answered, didn,t have part and wanted $20 for a $1 part this team 1 place is worst I have sealed with

Does it matter if you purchase your Toyota here or at another dealer as long as it is a Toyota?? Service department thinks it matters... why is the question even asked before you get service?
We waited over an hour for service dept to take a photo of a part on the car.....

Absolutely love my new Toyota I bought in June. Took it in for the 5,000 mile service. Not a good experience here, sadly.
When I got there one service advisor was on the phone, the other was away from her desk. I waited for a few minutes, the lady got back to her desk while the man was still on the phone and she said she’d help me in a minute. She proceeded to go through a stack of paperwork for several minutes, which I guess was more important. The guy finished helping his customer on the phone so I checked in with him.
I asked this guy if they’d be taking my lugnuts off for any reason, he said yes for the tire rotation. I asked him to please make sure they’re careful when they are around the lugnuts and to please not scratch my wheels, because I’ve had it happen at other dealerships before. He just looked at me blankly and went back to typing on the computer. a bit rude.
I went and checked out their lot for a while, came back and saw my car up front so I headed to the guys desk. I stood there for a solid 5-6 minutes while he did paperwork and did not say a word to me. Completely ignored. I just went to the showroom until he called me.
I get in my car to drive home and it’s pulling to the right. I get home and they’ve screwed up the air pressure on the tires, it ranges from 42-52 psi. Fortunately that’s all that was causing the pulling. Not a good service experience at all. Will not be back to this dealership for service.
