They offer a grace period and are lenient, understanding that payday may not match the rent due date. They will work with you on any reasonable request and their fees are extremely reasonable. Customers feel safe there with cameras all around. The units are mostly clean when rented. While there is no power, the space can be used for projects like furniture restoration.

Very clean and it was very easy to get a storage unit for my needs. I restore furniture and often use the space to do that. There is no power. However, I can put down a large tarp and paint and hand sand there and then store my furniture that I buy for future restoration. I feel safe there and there are cameras all around.
