Website posted hours of operation from 8:00-12:00 on Saturdays so we brought our mower to be repaired. Pulled up and there’s a sign on the door that they no longer open on Saturday. How about updating the website so people don’t waste a long trip with gas prices through the roof?

I called in reference to a spindle for a riding mower. Hey quoted me a higher price than I received at other places. I asked him for the part number he then refused and stated I’m not going to give you a part number so you can buy it somewhere else. You can either buy it here or figure it out on your own.I was confirming the part was correct but I can tell you now with this service I would never go back for any service. I would avoid at this store.

Bought a great mower from them 2 years ago. Ariens ikon xd 52 is worth the money. Went to get new blades and a wheel bolt last week....neither in stock....called today to see if they had gotten any in......no answer 2 times....left message and no call back. Has been 5 hours and no response. I guess once they sell you a mower, they're done with you. Already found a wheel bolt and ordered blades from Amazon. If you buy a mower from them, make sure you have other means of maintaining service.

Not very nice people. Went to buy a zero turn. Told them what I needed and that I'd like to finance some of it. Guy behind the cou ter just handed me a piece of paper and told me to go home and apply online. They had zero interest in selling me a mower or helping me in anyway. I left immediately and purchased a mower somewhere else. When I spoke with the management at the place I actually bought my mower from and mentioned how I was treated there, he wasn't surprised.

Arranged pickup, repair, and delivery of my riding mower. Fair prices for all services rendered. They admittedly high-balled the repair estimate in case things didn't go smoothly, but were able to repair my mower at roughly 2/3 of the estimate. All-in-all, very pleased and would gladly have my mower serviced by them again.

Bought a 54" Toro Timecutter and rear bagger system from them. They delivered the mower the next day but, not all the parts were available for the bagger. They got them on order and, when they arrived, picked up the mower, installed the bagger and brought it back in two days. Excellent service, excellent knowledgeable sales reps. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a large 0 turn mower.Thanks Gents! ?

I ordered a husqvarna pulley assembly nearly 2 months ago and I still haven't heard from them. Even after calling back 3 weeks later they still haven't gotten it for my trimmer.
