The lady was extremely rude the whole time for no reason, we found a wandering puppy in a parking lot eating garbage and it didn't have a collar we didn't want it to get ran over and it was raining so we took it to them and they just straight up rude

I just moved here from Florida and I don't have an electric bill to provide for them I guess to prove my residency so they would not accept my one year old female Chihuahua. She is up to date on her shots and has had the heart worm test and is on Trifexis. I'm not allowed to keep her here where I am staying.

I went to pick up two of my dogs. No body was there, no body answered any of the numbers posted. I had to call southside animal control man, AT HOME.he was able to contact somebody to meet me.The woman was rude and dismissive. The lady who stepped up when she realized my husband was getting angry, was very helpful, informative and pleasant.I donate money and supplies to several shelters in the area. I appreciate the volunteers who care for these animals. But, the number one requirement of costumer service is a smile.If you can't smile, don't serve customers.Thank you everybody that helped me find my dogs so quickly.

Kristy and her staff are some of the kindest, knowledgeable, and most professional people that I've had the pleasure of working with. Being in rescue, you come across all kinds of people, and animals coming from different situations- the staff at RBC Animal Shelter goes above and beyond to help us (rescues) pull as many as we can, as smoothly as possible, and to make sure as many dogs and cats have an opportunity for a better life that can.

They do not have anyone to address animal control problems on the weekend.There is a Pitbull running around on my property and through the area. I called Police Department because Animal Control is closed on the weekends.I was told unless the dog is attacking somebody, they cannot send an officer out.Stunning. A dog has to attack you before they send help.Welcome to 2022.

Very friendly staff. Animals were well kept. They kept us up to date on our Suzie's care. Letting them she is quickly coming out of her shell and her tail stays wagging when she is not laying by my feet under my desk as I work. ♥️

First visit to Rainbow City Animal Shelter and it was a great experience. The building is built to look like a doghouse, so cute! It’s a really nice facility. The staff was so helpful and really nice. I appreciate them so much not only for the service to our community, but for doing it with a smile and passion for the work.
