Called today to ask about a transaction that was in my account. Absolutely terrible customer service from a lady named Beretta! She could not explain a charge I had in my account ,and when I told her I was just gonna come to the branch to get more clarification SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! PNC DO BETTER!!!
