Very nice store. Employees are friendly, they are quick to help and answer questions. The dog wash is great and a great price! Everyone there is knowledgeable and so helpful! I will definitely shop there!

Always friendly and knowledgeable about pets. The self-service baths are wonderful. They’ll even help you pick up your dog and put them in the bath area if they are large and or won’t climb the stairs into the bath.

I've gone to this Pacific store at least 3 times, and every time, I've had a pleasant experience. There's always someone there to greet you and to help you find What You Need. It's never too crowded. And I especially love the self- wash service for your pets.
