Shawn and Steve both take care of my elderly Dad when he comes by. They never force any service on you but if your car needs anything they will make recommendations with the full price. They give you the option. I LOVE bringing my car or any of my families car by for an oil change. I know I can fully depend on Shawn and Steve to make sure everything is right. “Had a blow out on the interstate and had a tow truck tow my truck to the auto center they were pretty busy but the lady that asked me what tire size and brand I was needing was very helpful. I ended up getting 2 tires because after they checked my tires my back tire had a knot on it. The technicians had me in and out within 45 minutes. I would have been stranded if it wasn’t for all their help because all other shops were closed already.”
