“I randomly called the first Mattress company on the Google search and got Josh Hembree who was absolutely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. I spoke with him for about 45-60 minutes and purchased a king Stern's & Foster Estate European plush mattress as he suggested for stomach sleepers would be a good option. Josh provided all the small print information one expects to get when calling an expert including the restocking fee and the different delivery options. He also gave me a full account of what is and “is not”included with return policy and the 120 night Break-in exchange policy. I would recommend this Mattress Firm Clearance Center on E Meighan Rd. to anybody in need of professional yet personal customer service from someone who cares about your comfort. “After talking to big companies, I was trying to find a hometown furniture dealer. When I walked into the cottage, I felt as if I walked into a friends business. I just bought a house here in Gadsden. I bought a complete living room set and bedroom set. they helped me with a VA discount And couldn’t have been more professional and polite. We will be doing all our furniture shopping at the cottage. It’s just great being able to leave a good review anymore. I will be posting pictures later today. We are getting all our furniture delivered. That will be a part of the review as well because delivery is so important to the deal.”
“This is such a great place to find unique things. My brother told me about this place and ever since I walk into the showroom I was blown away with such beautiful things. I have bought so many different light fixtures plus wreaths that was hanging on the front door. The lady’s that are there are so helpful, they go out of there way to may sure you have everything you need that goes with your merchandise.I will be back to check out the new things coming in for spring.
