I have called the fedex customer service number 8 different times today trying to find out why our packages from ATT were being returned… each time I call it says “your call cannot be completed as dialed” they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. A note on the website with tracking number says a delivery attempt was made. I have not seen a fedex truck or had a knock on the door. So, another reason I cannot stand fedex when anything is being shipped to me. Never accurate.

Little hard to find but very friendly and will help you with a great attitude to send your packages. And as far as all the interesting reviews on their deliveries I personally get packages once or twice a month and they always arrive when scheduled undamaged.

If you can avoid it do NOT use fedex, i ordered something from autozone that i needed the next day and it said i would receive it the next day (friday) guess what i didnt receive it friday and now fedex is saying i wont receive it till monday, how the **** does next day shipping turn in to 4 day shipping, fedex sucks if you can get around using them do it if youre a shareholder pull your shares this company is utter trash, one time the delivery driver put my package in my mail box which is a federal crime so:/

Tried calling and online reporting a damaged package with 5 missing items kept saying call this number BC ur shipper/supplier isn't located in the us or Canada called the number then ai from the number said I had to file online for the claim and sent me a link via text the link said I had Said cant file here call that number again and it was an endless loop of back and forth. I can see why everyone I know hates when fedex delivers their package they say its always damaged or they've caught on camera the driver stealing their package. The Customer service sucks
