I have always felt so comfortable at this office. The staff is great. They make you feel welcome, not judgemental, and do everything they can to help you. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing help. Thanks for being so great! Dr. Harrell is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I love him. This is a scam! I paid $150.00 cash before being seen. Now I have received a bill for $4,355.00 from their 3rd party billing for a drug urine screen!I wasn't told about this or I would've left right then. I have been there 1 time and received this huge bill.It's a scam.I'm hiring a Lawyer about this.So BEWARE!I SEE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO.READ OTHER REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS!!SCAM, ITS ALL A HUGE SCAM !!!

Clinic 5 has been the best life choice I have ever made. Every member of their staff treats you with such kindness and understanding. It's truly a 100% judgement free zone and that's something that shocked me mostly because I'd never experienced that level of care anywhere. The doctors are also very thorough and will do all they can to male sure you're taken care of.Thank you Clinic 5 for helping me get my life back!

When I came here I was at my lowest. They all was very nice and all of them understood what I was going through. Not one person there judged me for what I had been doing. The staff are really nice people and Dr too. I recommend anyone with an addiction problem to come here if your ready to get help. I know I was and I'm truly glad I walked through yalls door. This is Sandy D3 words !!I Love Them !!The ladies that work @ Clinic 5 have become my FRIENDS/ SISTERS ? My very first appointment, I KNEW I was where I was supposed to be, I felt @ HOME-Heather is MY Go-To Sister! We talk about family & LIFE- she made me feel comfortable & safe- I was so scared during my wait time in the lobby because I had no idea what was about to happen- was I gonna be just another # and be judged? Absolutely NOT!! I had so many questions & Heather answered all of them with the sweetest attitude and heart !And… Ash, that gal just tickles me to death! Always a smile on her face & a story to tell me! And then… Kelsie… her little sassy short self… She is a HOOT- she goes above & beyond to help ALL of us out! She is so sweet & helpful and ALWAYS smiling!And.. last but not least… Dr H ? gosh, he is THE BEST!! Most caring & soft spoken & knowledgeable Dr I’ve ever been to…This clinic & employees/family have changed my life!! love everyone in the office. ive have been going for 4+ years now and drive over 3 hours one day to the office bi monthly and i chose to do that bc the support i get from everyone at clinic 5. i’ve felt at home since i started going :)
