The tellers are great at this location, but the manager was unhelpful and made rude comments. I spent over three hours at this location only to end up having to drive an hour away to the next closest location to be helped properly.

Branch manager is terrible. Avoid using this bank if you're a small business owner or someone with wealth who needs access to your funds same day.

I received a check from a Cadence Bank account holder. Cadence employees we t above and beyond to assist me in cashing the check at the Rainbow City branch!

I switched to Cadence a few years back, and that was easily the best decision I could've made. Anytime I have a question, concern, or just need some help, Sophie West and the entire team has been nothing but helpful.
