Made an appt. 3 times to have them come out and install pressure regulator my tank, inspect lines to my living room wall heater. NO SHOWED, NEVER CALLED.

Allgas Rainbow City needs to make drivers communicate with customers on the day of delivery. Run out of gas in truck, etc!!!

Please ask your delivery drivers not to get in the yard when he delivers , it messes up our yard really bad , dang what some ruts in the yard .

I needed some paperwork and information on my account. The ladies were really helpful. They were busy but they were able to take care of everyone in a reasonable amount of time. They also provided important information regarding deliveries, the set up and efficiency of their products.
