“City Tire patched my tire when Haveline Express Oil Change would not because they said I needed tires. I had been three times within 6 days for Express to put air in the tire that was going down. Express is where I purchased the tires but I couldn’t buy tires at that time and was having to wait for a month. They would not patch my tire because (they said)of liability purposes and sent me on my way. The liability was putting me back on the road and doing nothing but putting air in it. Fortunately for me, one of the Express customers that was waiting for a set of new tires came out and told me to go to City Tire because he thought would patch it to get me by. Thankfully he was right!! City Tire patched my tire to get me thru the month. I will never darken the door to Express again. I get my new tires next week. City Tire is now my car service company for all my oil changes, tires, etc. Kathy Talley”
“I made an appointment through the website for oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and wiper replacement for my 2013 F-150. Work was complete and I was headed home within an hour of my appointment time. The operation seemed efficient and the staff was courteous as well. Overall, a good experience.”

“My car was taken to a work bay promptly. My oil change,tire rotation and courtesy fluid top offs were all done to my satisfaction. An indoor waiting allowed the work progress to be observed while seated. Each employee was courteous and friendly. It took 2 hours, a bit longer than I hoped for, before I was in my car again. The cost of services was lower than 3 other places in the area. After leaving,I checked my tire pressure and all fluid levels and was pleased to find them all correct! I would recommend Walmart Auto Center. There is a temporary app download to let you check on your vehicle, when work is started,ongoing and complete. The app is handy if you want to shop or leave the premise to know when your vehicle is ready.”
“Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my salesperson, Garrett Cannon. Garrett was very patient and listened to me (and my 10 yo grandson, lol) He made negotiations and signing very easy and streamline. It is hard to find good people anymore; but Garrett, receiptionist and sales manager were very nice and did not push me into something they wanted to sell. They helped me get exactly what I ask for. “The only shop I could find that was open on a Saturday. When I pulled up they got right to work setting me up with a new tire and checking the pressure of my other tires! Very nice, courteous, and professional!”
