It's always something with Walgreens, I switched from the Walgreens in chickasaw to here because the north craft hwy location was just awful in every aspect of being a pharmacist. But here, it's like they always leave something out, just to make me make 2 trips. All my prescriptions get sent over from my doctor at the same time and yet I never have to make just one trip because the girls here decide which ones they want to fill. There was another girl that could easily have filled the missing script as well. She noticed to of course so I'll be looking for a new pharmacy asap.

I'm not a local and only here for a while but it's not a bad Walgreens. Employees seem friendly and helpful. They have things in stock that I need so that's a plus for me. Heard it wasn't the best neighborhood but where is....crime is just about everywhere. I had no problems here and don't anticipate any. Store is clean, shelves are stocked and not empty. Overall, it's a pretty good store to grab your last minute items or weekly sale freebies. I am; however, disappointed that one gallon of distilled alkaline water is $3.99 plus tax. I mean come on, that's a bit excessive. I understand that it is a convenience/drug store and most items are relatively affordable but water??? That high??? Anywho, I'm still a big fan of Walgreens and I love shopping here at the corner of happy and healthy. Note their new hours starting 2/29/24.

Had to run and pick up prescriptions in the drive through only 2 cars ahead didn't have to wait too long and cashier was nice

I drove from across the Bay to get my prescription filled here, because they had what I needed, and after calling around, and dealing with rude people all morning, Jasper was EXTREMELY NICE to me over the phone, and helpful. All Walgreens from Baldwin County to Mobile are always backed up and overly busy with no help which is probably Corporate. Jasper was the nicest, and very helpful! Where I live, they will hang up on you, and you'll wait 30 minutes to an hour just to drop off a script in the drive thru. Everyone here was very nice to customers, as I listened while I waited on mine to be filled. I will be coming back here every month to get my scripts filled. If you have any complaints with this Walgreens, your are welcome to come over to Daphne and deal with these extremely rude people who do not care how they treat you!

This is the worst location ever! The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. I waited 45mins in line inside the store for a prescription that was already ready! When I asked could 1 of the 4 associates in the back YO assist the cashier they told me they all have a job to do and that’s not checking out customers.

They need quicker service at the drive through window. It should be just one person working the window and only the window. Please hire some help. Some of the front end people are not very friendly.

They are trying to do to many things at the pickup window. One person is working the window, answering the phone. The wait time is 20 minutes to pickup a prescription, people were leaving because of the long line & long wait. They need help please.The people are working hard I give them 4 stars
