This place is a joke this is the second time within a month that the person on my mail route lied and said my package was delivered and I'm sitting st home in my front room waiting. When I went to talk to the supervisor his response was my package was on the wrong truck and it will delivered the next day, the mail carried lied and stated that I live in a gated community and couldn't get inside!! Which was a complete lie!! Today I got a message saying my package was left in my mailbox and nothing was there. USPS is no help, the Prichard post office is no help! This place is a joke

This Post office is by far worst in mobile county.Never should have closed the one at hwy 45 and lott rd.Sad when the mail carriers have to do the job of the ones working in the office.Mail gets messed up.Going and coming.

Prichard post office is the worst have had my mail delivered to the wrong box including things I've purchased the lady Janice who answers the phone is rude. I told her I had video footage after reviewing my camera of the mail not being delivered the day she said it was instead was delivered somewhere else requested to speak with the post master she refused.

Worst service ever she can't deliver the mail in the right mailboxes. She can't get packages delivered correctly either. Its the young black lady who delivered on lott road by dearmons. She needs to be fired. To lazy too get out her car and walk the package to the door so she honks her horn non stop.

Lady is constantly and continuously delivering packages/mail to the wrong address. I have called the post office multiple times to report this and at first they act like they care, but nothing is getting done about her.

Delivered my packages to the wrong address on two separate occasions. Less than a month apart..incompetence at its finest and when you call demanding for answers they put you oh hold for an extremely long time in hopes that you'll hang up this place is truly a waste of tax payers money

The girl that has my route never checks the box arm up.If she don't have any mail for me that dayShe doesn't bother to look at the box to see if the arm is up.I've had a bill payment sitting in the mail for two days.With the arm up.

The new young clerk with the dry weave has a nasty attitude. The eyes say alot whether someone can see your whole face or not!The lady that use to work the counter must have retired, she was the best! They don't come up and help out if the line is long.The only thing they do is ask is anybody dropping off or picking up,usually that's hardly anyone.They are always putting mail in the wrong p.o box .They desperately need new staff that wants to come to work and knows how not to inflict their feelings off on customers because they're irritated by a busy day or rude customer.
