“Had a blowout on I-10 west of Pensacola today. I needed help and called McGriffs tire. He indicated his repair truck was heading in from another road side service. He called his truck and turned him around to come help us. The repair guy arrived within 30 minutes. He surveyed the situation and immediately went to work. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes he had our spare mounted and placed the bad tire and wheel in my Yukon. He told me to call his boss to settle out. I immediately called him and he said no charge, just remember his business. That is the American way. I would highly recommend McGriffs tire in Pensacola for all your tire needs. Thank you”

“After a tire blowout in TX where the tread flew off like a recap, we decided to get all new tires on our 2023 Ford 350 Coachman Class B with 40000 miles. I called from the road and Josh was great about recommending the correct tires for us and ordering 7 for us to be installed today at 7 30 when they opened. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were back on the road less than 2 hours later!! “I had a flat tire on my way in to work today and after calling around Fausek were the first tire shop I found that could get my tire size in today, same day. The tires arrived late from their truck but the techs did a fantastic job of knocking out all 4 shoes in record time! I drive truck and was able to Coordinate with Mason very easily to find tires that matched my preferred criteria and budget as well as receive my car from a tow truck while I was 234 miles north making a delivery. For a stressful day it was eased with these guys helpfulness and professalism. Thank you for making a crap day a little easier fellas!”

“I was traveling from Florida to Louisiana. My jeep overheated after driving through the Mobile tunnel. I pulled over and checked online for nearby car care services. Fortunately, Downtown Car Care was suggested. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. I also had noted that my brakes were noisy. They replaced pads, rotors, and brake fluid. They worked very hard to get me on my way quickly. The bill was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough. If I lived in Mobile, I would go back for all of my car care needs.”
“This tire shop is very knowledgeable, has fair pricing, and has great communication with their customers. My husband wasn’t available to go with me today to get some tires for my car and it can be intimidating to go to the shop with limited knowledge. I had some extra questions regarding my sons shocks and brakes on his car after I picked up my vehicle and I wasn’t made to feel dumb or like just another “little lady” that can be taken advantage of. The gentleman I spoke with was very patient and answered all my questions and has me confident that he will take care of my son’s vehicle for a fair price. Can’t recommend more!”
“I have bought a few sets of rims and tires from them and they are awesome. Great costumer service treat you with respect and help you figure out what you want and what will work on your vehicle. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have reasonable prices with great payment options if you can’t afford to purchase out right, 120 days same as cash. Definitely recommend for all your wheel needs.

I would take any vehicle that needs repair work to them and would recommend the same to anyone else as well.”

“We are full time Rvers in a 40' motorhome pulling a 27' cargo trailer and two tires at the same time started loosing air with tpms alarms and God we were able to get off the road and called around and found Charter Tire in Mobile and he came out to road side and replaced the two stems and aired up tires to get us back to the shop to replace all four stems with metal ones. Very reasonable priced and friendly. Lesson learned don't use rubber stems with TPMS”
