“I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Some of the things said about him don't reflect the kind of businessman he truly is. JD and his tire shop have been my go-to for all my tire needs during and in between work trips, and I've even referred several friends who now rely on his services too. JD doesn't just provide tire services; he takes the time to share his knowledge about cars and educate anvone he talks to. As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of dealing with difficult customers, but l've always seen JD remain patient with everyone, even when I'm there waiting for my turn.
I encourage anyone to read through various reviews and experience JD's customer service firsthand.
My most recent encounter with him was on an early Sunday morning, and even though his shop was closed. JD went out of his way to help me get a new tire and fix my rim for the week. That's the level of dedication and service you can expect from him.”

“I went in yesterday to have vibration checked from the steering wheel. Within minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a solution was found. I had to have a tire ordered and it was out on today. They were reasonable and the problem was solved! This shop is great! If you want speedy service and reasonable prices then I highly recommend you checking them out!!”
“I've been using Fausak Tire for many years. They have alw a ts treated me well and have great mechanics. As a musician, most of my work requires me to drive from 60 to 200 miles to play. I'm hard on vehicles and tires. I manage to wear tires out quickly but Fausak's always gets me into the shop and back on the road quickly with a new tire and no wiggles at 75mph. I'm a happy customer.”

“Shopped around and this was the best place for my Honda Accord by far. Car needed preventative maintenance after reaching 115,000 miles, and couldn’t have been happier coming here! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, prices are fair and a quick turn around. Had my car in and out within a business day!Had an engine tune up, timing belt kit installed, transmission fluid replaced, spark plugs, the whole nine yards! After driving a light came on, so I came back. Turns out I had a weak battery that they were able to take care of as well! “This "business" is family owned & operated. And these are some of the best people I have ever met in a "business" setting. They are professional & kind to say in the least! I trust them because they aren't the kind of people who are in it just for the money. They've helped me several times, even when I didn't have any money to pay them. I'm only saying that to try & convey what kind of people they are. I ordered a brand new set of tires for my van about 3 years ago & they are still on the van to this day. If I ever had a maintenance issue I took it to them & it was immediately fixed even when it was no fault of theirs! The set of tires was a little over 300 bucks out the door. But the customer service, kindness & generosity I got from these folks is priceless! Thanks A1! Y'all are the best in the business!”

“I Needed two NEW front tires. Had purchased with Mavis years ago with an 2014 Elantra. Spoke with Mr. Justin. They are Still giving lowest quote!!! And, I had wasted time calling all the way to Moss Point. I had a wire showing tire in Moss Point, living there previously. Thought they would make a deal. That was denied :( Definitely will always use Mavis!!! They never say No!!!!”
“Spectrum helped me turn a bad experience with an insurance company into an almost enjoyable one - almost. After fighting the insurance company for another driver that caused our accident for almost a month, the team at Spectrum saved the day. I turned over the whole process and they did not disappoint. They fixed the car in a timely manner and worked with the insurance company to get the checks reissued. I would take any vehicle that needs repair work to them and would recommend the same to anyone else as well.”
“We are full time Rvers in a 40' motorhome pulling a 27' cargo trailer and two tires at the same time started loosing air with tpms alarms and God we were able to get off the road and called around and found Charter Tire in Mobile and he came out to road side and replaced the two stems and aired up tires to get us back to the shop to replace all four stems with metal ones. Very reasonable priced and friendly. Lesson learned don't use rubber stems with TPMS”

“Had an excellent experience buying my truck from Ethan here at Joe Bullard. I have been to many dealerships and have never had such a fast and good experience ever. I actually came in to look at a different truck but after test driving it realized I wanted something different and within 5 minutes Ethan had pulled up a truck that was much more of what I wanted. Didn’t even have to haggle over a price and what I was offered for my trade was more than I expected going in. They have been very helpful in fixing an issue the truck had with the rear door lock and the light staying on when parked and stand by their word when they say they’ll get something fixed. I definitely plan on coming back for our next vehicle and can’t recommend them enough.”
