We were there on 4/22. Nervous because my Subaru needed oil because of towing a trailer. Nicole was pleasant, patient and friendly. She even opened the oil cap and poured it in for us. Thanks so much for your kind nature and patience with us.

I want to thank Danny at Prichard/ Eightmile store.He was so helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I couldn't have ask for better service. He found my issue and fixed me right up.I will be coming back when I need help , I was impressed with their service.

Not sure what happened but the doors were locked and a guy emerged saying he was waiting for corporate to call to advise if they were closed for the day ??
