Not a bad pilot mainly cause the location and the customer svc and showers were clean. My main issue is that every one of the windshield wash buckets at the pumps were completely dry so I couldn’t clean my windshield and no paper towels outside as well. After spending about $500 here I would at least like to also be able to clean my windshield.

The shower was full of black mold all over the walls and ceilings. And I mean shower walls as well. Won’t be going back there to shower

The gentleman at the fuel desk was very professional and helpful as soon as I walked in. But, I went to buy food from the Wendy’s in there and the service was awful. They are racist and prejudice if you are not white, and this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. They looked all over me at the front counter but ran straight to the drive thru as soon as it went off. I will not be coming here anymore.

We stopped here and the bathrooms were clean and set was the Wendys. The food and cleanliness was on point. The fries were crispy and the burger was cooked very well and put together like someone cares. Had access to ketchup to go as well. I haven't seen that in a while.

Corporate rules dictate staff is not allowed to go out after dark and kick people out of the prime parking spaces.
Thankfully the staff was able to point me to a spot to park for the night on the curb near the building.
The day to day staff however are nice people.

Great showers always clean amazing pressure and amazing customers service I’m not a fan of Wendy’s though and it is a smaller lot but over great place! The got bbq right at edge of parking lot go check them out!!

Pilot I apologize for the bad review. But let's bet honest. This may be good for people commuting or other day by day people. But for a truck driver this place is a nightmare. It's always backed up, jammed to the nines. Truckers you'll never find substantial parking here and even if you do; I hope you have good insurance. The parking lot for trucks is horrible and again it's always full. Even at 10 am. I advise drivers looking for parking to go down a few more miles to Love's. This is a very poor location.
