They got nasty attuides I when yesterday and got sum cash out at the ATM didn't count it to I got in my car and I had my two kids with me so remind you it's cold so I called no answer I stay in Montgomery but I'm closer to the one in Prattville so I had to call every Woodforest in Montgomery finally got the one in Millbrook crazy she told me to go back in there and when I go back in there it's four ladies just standing up nobody try to answer the phone or nothing sad .....??????

Excellent customer service! Great benefits for account holders. Especially like the fact that my branch is open on Sundays (12:00 - 3:00).
