Every time I have been to this location the workers at the inside counter have been nothing but nice, patient, and helpful! Good attitudes and very welcoming! I've had wells fargo for 10+ years, never an issue!

I moved my personal account from regions to wells for (convenience) not long ago. the first day of sign up I was refused a credit card. 835 rating. I figured there was a mistake so I let it ride , I have a card from regions. month later they offered me a card. 10 K limit. (wasn't convenient). first deposit ever made in drive through was a cash deposit of couple hundred dollars, teller wasn't over friendly but actually demanded photo ID to DEPOSIT. I thought that was weird! but (not convenient). so yesterday, 11/14/2023 I had a dividend check from Stifel bank and 640 dollars in cash. I filled out a deposit slip and endorsed it as well as the back of the check and asked my girl friend to stop by and make the deposit. after waiting in line inside the bank she was advised she could not deposit money in my account under any circumstances. my signatures, my check. my account. she had ID. when she returns I stopped work and drove to the bank myself and stood inline again to watch the slowest person and the only person in the bank fumbling with a deposit watching the time 12 minutes then was greeted by Belinda (what do you want sir?) I replied that paper work I set on the counter your looking at has a deposit slip it it! not only slow but rude! took forever for her to process a simple deposit then... NEXT 6 people had came in in the time it took for the only person visible in the bank to rudely deposit 1466.95 dollars. (trans #0212031) time between the two 1.13 min to make a deposit. aggravation level (max). (not convenient) I don't need or want a bank wasting my time, policing my deposits or treating me rudely in addition. I"M SO SORRY FOR LEAVING REGIONS, but I'm returning!

I've been trying to get a copy of a cashier check from 2021, I went to the bank, they couldn't help because I didn't have to check number, called the customer service, they told me I could get one from the bank without it. Still no answer from either one. I gave them a date and the check amount not to mention I purchased the cashier check from them. So how can I get this resolved

Horrible service Lisa was a smart mouth just rude looked like she just hated being there bad service all the way been with them 13 years and truly not going to be staying I will be closing my accounts !! I hate a rude smart mouthed person over a simple question she snapped that's fine I can go to another bank that will be thrilled to have me as a client !!!

I hate going to this location! Today's Drive-Through experience was the LAST STRAW! The teller didn't great me or ask me what I wanted when she received cash I put in the tube. She then assumed I wanted to deposit it. When I asked her where my money was she said "I deposited it because you didn't say nothin" (her exact words). WOW! How can I say anything when you don't speak to me first? I had no idea why she took my money out of sight...All I wanted was to consolidate bills, but did she ask what I wanted to do with the money? NO. Then decided to be snippy and chat to her co-worker who then gives me the stink-eye from her side of the window. REALLY? Customer service isn't that hard...just be professional and don't assume things!

Even I got the business account, every single time they are out of change . I’d rather prefer some other bank for business account but not this one.

This branch was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sydney helped me set up a new account. He was respectful of my time and did not take more of my time than necessary.

Terrible bank! Horrible customer service! Incredibly rude staff! I had all my money in this bank for years and made little to no interest in return. They also started charging me monthly fees for an IRA. I moved my money to a credit union and am now earning 4% interest. I transferred my ira to an online broker and pay no fees. Don't make the mistake I made! Avoid Wells Fargo, especially the Prattville branch, at all cost!

ATM ate $100 from me, the teller told me to file a claim, which to me sounded like i wouldn't be seeing my money again, and I never got it back. Not the first time customer service has been a nightmare either, I know they wont care but definitely finding a new bank after 9 years

Terrible branch. Went in to make some simple updates to my account and was told “the banker is gone for the day” and they couldn’t help me. Plain and simple, they didn’t want to help because it was 30m to closing. Based on the reviews, you would think WF would take some action but I guess they like they’re low standards.

same lady at the drive through eventide I go through gives me the hardest. I told my husband I wouldn't go back he went with me and sure enough same way as always. her name is Lisa we are now looking for a new back because Wells Fargo don't need our business and the company don't care about us.

Tried to cash a foreign currency check here, they didn't figure out that the exchange rate value didn't meet the min amount until after they wrote all over the back of the check. Now I can't cash it and am at a loss of just under $250 b/c "there's nothing they can do". Can't cash the check anywhere else b/c the check is ruined by all their writing on the back. Poor customer care.
