Arrived 1 hour before they are yo close, told me they had all 3 medications in stock and only a 30 minute wait. Staff was nice and courteous, much much better than Clanton staff today.

The first time I tried, they didn't want to vaccinate my children against COVID. The other staff at the same store was much more attentive. It saved me from giving just one star.

Extremely rude pharmacist, sad to see she’s still working at this location. She’s the reason I had transferred my medication elsewhere. GM needs to have a lesson on customer service for this Pharmacy and their staff.

Most disrespectful and incompetent pharmacy staff. Learn to train your people to balance drive through and the front of hire more people. Also, teach your pharmacist manners and respect. Sit in a drive through line for 15 minutes and they close the window on you. You complain. And she says “whatever, not my problem” do better Walgreens.

I have been with Walgreens for 5 or more years & they get worst each year from the workers to the service customers receive . None of your medication is ready when you are told it is , speak w/ one representative about a situation & it’s like you never spoke with anyone . Information is never passed on to the next . I went today about medications I went to pick up today & they had not been filled at all . When I told the young lady I would be back Monday because of the on going situation. She took that as if I didn’t want my medications filled & did not fill them . Today was it , can’t take anymore .. I will be transferring my medication to another pharmacy today

Quick pharmacy! Had a Dr send a prescription at 9:30 am, pharmacy opened at 10 am and I was able to pick up by about 10:15 am. Sweet staff. Thanks!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Literally waited two hours for a prescription that i have filled for years at walgreens and after driving back to the store was told it didnt specify tablet or capsule?????? Same dosage and prescription as usual. No one bothered to even pick up phone and call me or doctor to verify. Local pharmacies are a must! Bye walgreens!!!! Do the community a favor and just go out of business!!!!!

Average Walgreens. Handicapped parking area is always difficult to manuever due to the trash cans and other obstacles placed strategically in front of the handicapped parking spaces making it difficult to access the sidewalk safely in a wheelchair. Often have to enter the parking lot traffic area in order to get to the front door making it a dangerous trek. The store has been advised of this liability numerous times yet chooses to continue to allow the hazard to remain. In a high traffic area, the stores parking lot can be a bit tricky to access as well. The pharmacy was able to fill my prescription quickly and the store and parking area were both clean except for the clutter hindering the handicapped parking spaces.

Only giving one star bc I can’t comment unless I put at least one! The drive through is insane! Why in the world does it take over 30 minutes in a drive through that you CAN’T get out of?!?! Go inside, same thing standing in line only to be ignored! The pharmacy workers are not friendly either. Ridiculous! Switching my prescriptions to CVS. Problem solved! sad bc I’ve always used Walgreens until I moved here.
