Needed help with my phone and met Micheal and it was first class customer service very helpful. Compared to that other Verizon store in prattville which is a JOKE this is the place to go in my opinion it's 5 stars and Micheal is just really nice

MERCY ANDREWS IS AMAZING! ? our previous rep wouldn’t help us out didn’t properly connect. The phones didn’t properly set up the watches we went to Mercy and she did everything so full of energy. Absolutely amazing.!!!! We couldn’t be happier now that we are dealing with her. I will not deal with another Verizon Rep ever again! Thank you for everything, Mercy!

They were helpful about getting my service started and finding where to get my phone that i ordered. But when they forgot to give me my license back and then called my work to let me know they found it, chopped it and threw it away before I could come pick it up and won't pay the replacement fee.

There is one person in the Prattville store on Cobbs Ford Rd across from Larry Puckett that I would like to recognize. Travis Palmore, he is amazing! He sold me, my first Verizon phone and I was hooked. His service is WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the rest! No MATTER what questions I have, he answers them with a smile! He is ALWAYS my go to, be it, something stupid I had managed to do to my account to what are the best phone, tablet or electronic choices available. He explains every detail and he IS a tremendous asset to the store there!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Went in on yesterday to see about upgrading my phone and each employee was rude and unhelpful. Upon entering the store I was not greeted by anyone and literally stood there twiddling my thumbs for about 10 minutes. When someone finally helped me (after being instructed to by another employee) I was told I could not do anything because I was not an authorized user on the account. I asked if I could contact my father to have him add me and was told no, he had to be physically in store with me. Being that my dad lives in a different city I couldn't do anything. Today I went to another location and they were able to add me right there at the store through phone call verification. I will never enter this store again. Terrible customer service and of no help.
