I don't know what happened to the postal service but I wouldn't even call it service. For 16 years I've had nothing but problems with mail and package delivery. If you report the carrier the service get worse. I even had a carrier throw our mail out the window 2 streets over. VA papers and all. Now this is the 2nd time that I've had to go to the post office to pick up a package that was changed for me to pickup. They changed the delivery status stating that I requested the change. And I did not change it to that bc I knew it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm. USPS do better

I have used this post office for years, and the staff at this post office have always been pleasant and helpful. If I didn't know the best (cheapest) way to ship something beyond a regular stamped letter, they have guided me through. They have helped me with those pesky certified mail labels numerous times.
The lady who delivers our mail is sweet and faithful. Anytime she has had to come to our door, she has been so kind and patient while I hold back the German Shepherd "guard dog".
We order a lot from Amazon, and occasionally have to put returns in the mailbox for pickup -- never had a problem. We have had countless Sunday deliveries. Thank God for this USPS.
Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line, but that is the nature of everyone trying to mail their stuff at the same time. If you can use the kiosk, use it, but if you need them to weigh your box and print a label, you have to wait your turn in line.
No office or person is perfect (neither are the rest of us), and there is always room for improvement (that goes for all of us, too), but I am thankful for the postal service this office provides.

they don't staff enough front end people. i stood in line for 40 minutes, 16 people in line. could hear people in back laughing and playing, but only 1 person working counter. typical government fiasco.

THIS IS THE WORST !! AND I MEAN THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER WITNESSED MY PACKAGE IS 3 DAYS LATE. I HAVE TRACKED AND TRACKED MY PACKAGE ITS BEEN IN THE SAME SPOT FOR 3 DAYS !! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR BOTHER TO EVEN TAKE ACTION TO ANSWERING THE PHONE I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN !!

Never opens up on time in the morning. Almost always LATE! This morning they were 22 minutes late opening. Happens way too often at this place, Damn government workers.

I get pictures of my mail with USPS “informed delivery” but I never actually get my mail. I get notifications of mail being delivered for the day but I go a week or more of empty mail boxes before getting just a portion of it. I rely on the mail to get my prescriptions and I have to change the way I get my medication now.

My packages continues to get delivered to the wrong address OR I am getting someone else's packages. I paid for my items and WANT MY ITEMS. Worst post office to date.

Absolutely the worst Post Office I have ever had to deal with. Missing mail. Failure to deliver packages because they’re just flat out lazy, and peeking into windows of homes!
