The staff are great...they are only rude if one has been and continues to be rude to them but even then they try to de-escalate the situation and have a supervisor intercede.
When I have needed actual assistance they are quite competent and timely in meeting my shipping needs.
This is my GO TO place for shipping, returns, faxing, printing, etc.!

This UPS store is awesome, I’m always able to get in and out quickly, and they’re friendly and helpful. I will say, your store being closed so early on Saturdays was unexpected, you guys had at least two other cars drive up when I came by to drop off a package a little after 3 pm, last Saturday, July 13, 2024 (they were also not aware that you were already closed).

I’ve only been here two times (so far) and for two separate things: Notary Services and Dropping off packages and the staff were wonderful!

Prices for printouts and notary services is insane. Go to Office Depot nearby and get printouts for literal cents. Then go to a tax service and get the notarizing done for a fraction of the cost. UPS is on meth thinking these prices are justifiable at all.

Please do not go to this location to have anything notarized. The store manager Kimberly (if that’s even her name) is very disrespectful. I know most of these establishments are franchised but whoever the owner is, they really need to find another manager.

As someone from Missouri, I can confidently say that The UPS Store here surpasses the ones back home in terms of speed and reliability. The staff is exceptionally efficient, making the entire process quick and stress-free. It's definitely my top choice for all shipping needs whenever I’m in town! Highly recommended!

Just so you know UPS Prattville opens without going to the bank or assuring that they have enough change to conduct cash transactions. There was no sign on the door asking for exact change or saying no bills larger than a $50 (my total was $14.24). I was shipping something for someone else and that’s the only bill they gave me. So I was forced to use my card on hand because she refused to provide a $20, $10 and a $5. Like how did they even open without this amount of cash in the drawer? I told her how bothered I was by it and that it was bad business practice to open the store without enough change for those patronizing your business and that cash is still in circulation. And *NO I wasn’t rude and she remained cordial.

Super impressed with the UPS associates that I’ve interacted with at this store, especially Sam! She is always helpful and cheerful, and knowledgeable when I have questions or concerns! I’ve witnessed her being kind and courteous all while helping customers, fellow coworkers, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Excellent customer service!

I paid $15 additional dollars on a shipping box and supplies to ship a package .. the customer informed me they had zero bubble wrap and it was just a box in another box …. That’s ridiculous .. this is the second time this has happened to me with this location…. I will be using USPS from now on

Wasted a lot of time in this store, I’m assuming because they are a 3rd party their policies differ from UPS and they would not ship anything firearms related, despite being totally acceptable by UPS policies. If you can’t ship packages approved by ups then don’t call yourselves “the ups store”. Joke of an operation
