Went to Ulta on Monday to pick up an online order my daughter made earlier in the day after I got off work. They were just closing the store and I asked if I could get my order the lady told me no because they needed to scan it into the system. I live 47 mins away.. she said you can come back tomorrow. Well I picked it up today which was the next time I was in town and the girl handed me my order and didnt scan anything into the system. Not good customer service.

I went to buy cologne for Father's Day and to my surprise they had a new setup and the entire perfume/cologne section was locked behind glass so there was no way to test the smells unless an employee was assisting you. I stood there waiting for someone to take at least 2 seconds to say "I'm going to be with you in just a minute" but I didn't even receive eye contact. I wanted to smell a couple of scents, pick out what I like and go about my busy day. So now I'm headed to Belks to spend a couple of hundred dollars there.

I have been to this store several times. Most visits staff were pleasant. This visit was absolutely horrible. I walked in, looking to buy new foundation, consealer, primer and moisturizer, the works. I needed assistance to find a new brand. I was not greeted or spoken to although 2 members of the staff were having a casual conversation behind the counter. I walked around for about 20 minutes, just looking at stuff. Still no one spoke. I bought some mascara and the girl behind the counter was very nice.
I left the store, and then came back about 15 minutes later to "try again". This time one of the staff was sitting in a chair (the ones they use to test makeup on customers), talking with another employee, about the bar that she had went to the weekend before. Still, no one spoke to me. No one asked if I needed assistance, NOTHING!!! I literally walked by the 2 employees and they never hesitated in their converataion.
Lets just say that I will either go to another store or will buy Walmart makeup before I buy from here again.

The lady that answered the phone told me they had my product in store. When I got there they did not have it. Need to be more careful.

No one acknowledged me for 30+ minutes. When I checked out, the girl said "all you had to do, was ask". Alright then..I'm easy, this was a ONE TIME stop...only to spend a Christmas gift card.

Had expensive perfume for my wife at the counter and the cashier looked at me and made me wait. Finally came over and asked me if I wanted to purchase the perfume. I was simply waiting to purchase. I never was ugly about it or anything. She then went to the second customer who was literally there for one minute and checked them out. I was stunned. I went and put the perfume back. I don’t understand why I was completely ignored. I’m so upset and don’t recommend doing business with this horrible place. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m done.

Products in wrong place which certainly makes it a huge surprise when you get to the register and see the price and of course they act like you should have known that it was in the wrong place and do not offer to sell it at that price. Not the customer's fault that the people stocking the shelves isn't paying attention !
