“We had an opportunity to use this shop for our estimate for repair work on our 2003 Jayco greyhawk when someone came across the center line into our lane and took out the entire driver side of the house part.
These guys where very easy to work with and much more thorough than the initial estimate we got from Hartford based on the pictures I had taken.
The unit ended up being totaled but the app was a great one to work with, even going so far as to return calls to me after hours. I will not hesitate to use them for any kind of RV work I have need for in the future. Thank you Sherry and all the staff at Prattville Auto and RV repair.”
“5 stars for a failed rescue, because at the end of the day it was the right call for my equipment. Driver spent several hours working on my motorcoach to get it moved but in the end it couldn't be moved without certain costly damage. I believe the drivers name was Jacob and he was very polite and informative but also down to earth, realistic, and respectful. All around good business, hate that we couldn't label it a successful call.Btw: Seamon's didn't charge me a dime for the attempt. They were expensive comparatively but the only service able to even attempt my motor coach.”
“I had a major issues with some work done by a technician in the shop. When the owner James was made aware of the issues he dealt with all issues accordingly and personally worked on the bike himself. He’s got it pretty well dialed in now and also gave me some free knowledge to help improve my set up and tuning issues. Happy customer now.”
