We have had insurance with USAA for 20+ years and our insurance costs with two teenagers on our policy was out of control. I spoke with Crystal Hall at State Farm and she has saved us so much money. The reason I signed up with Statefarm is because not only are the rates lower than most, Tom Barnard was the first to show up at a friends house that caught fire. It was like 3 in the morning and he was already making accomedations for them a place to stay. He is friendly and his staff is extremely helpful too.

I had the pleasure of being a customer of Mr. Barnard for a very short period of time. His staff contacted me immediately after my policy was transferred over. Very pleasant staff and they actually welcomed me to the agency. They were also very professional. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for insurance.

One of Tom’s customers hit my parked car in my apartment’s parking lot. We used a measuring tape and the marks on his car matched up perfectly to the damage on my car. The guys power steering was out on his car! I tried to file a claim with State Farm, but they denied me because the person simply said “I wasn’t driving.” There was “no doubt” that my neighbor’s car hit my car, but since he said he “wasn’t driving”, they “couldn’t prove it was ‘neighbor’ driving” it could have been someone else driving my neighbor’s car... Now Tom won’t stop spamming my mailbox with offers for State Farm insurance.

When choosing an insurance agency and agent some people only think about the cost per month not what they are getting. My family has been with Tom Barnard an agent for State Farm for close to 15 years and have always received excellent service from them. This year we have had to make homeowners claims due to storm damage. They made this process simple and took care of us promptly. Then a little over a week ago someone rear ended me and they immediately jumped in to take care of me and my needs. The other insurance company has been hard to deal with but Tom and his team are taking care of everything for me. The other company even told me that no insurance company will get a rental car the day of an accident. I told him that my insurance agent had me in a car in less than 4 hours. That's service and the way you want to be treated when an accident happens. I should be able to get my vehicle back in about 2 weeks thanks to Tom Barnard staff and State Farm being so awesome. Meanwhile we are still waiting for the other company to begin working. So I will conclude with my favorite saying "you get what you pay for." This is the best company and agent to take care of all of your insurance needs.

I have been a customer of Tom's for six years now.Tom was the only insurance company that would work with me to insure an older home. He walked me through the process step by step.I now have ALL my insurance with Tom.He has always been there for me when I needed him.
