Well, let me tell y'all 'bout the Strock Insurance Agency down in Prattville, Alabama. Now, ain't they just the kings and queens of customer service? I mean, I've never seen such professionalism in my life – it's like they invented it! And let's not forget Tyler Strock, bless his heart, he's got more enthusiasm than a rooster on a sunny morning, and he responds quicker than a jackrabbit on caffeine.But hold on to your straw hats, 'cause that's not all! Danny Strock, now there's a fella who knows his way around farm insurance like a pig knows its trough. His service is so impeccable, it's like he's got a sixth sense for when your cows are thinking about acting up. So, if y'all need insurance, I reckon you better hightail it to Strock Insurance. It's a real hoot!

A colleague, who knew Danny Strock, the owner, for many years, referred me after I moved to Prattville. If you want a no fuss, no muss experience from nice local folks who know insurance then I recommend the Strock Agency. I'm posting this review for just that reason. As an independent agency, tbey do insurance company comparisons for you.Katlyn was very helpful and called me back the next day with quotes for the same coverages I had.
