Waited nearly 20 minutes on the store to open. Gave up. Employees were inside but didn't open at 10 am like sign said. 20 minutes and they never acknowledged me. Not a store owned by T-Mobile.

Walked in at 6:35 pm T-Mobile store closes at 8:00 pm was a woman getting helped in front of me . Manager walked past me and went to the back. Mind you only one worker, stood in line until approximately 7:30 behind the same women, asked "CJ" if it was any one else to help out "CJ " stated yes my manager but he is very behind on paperwork, at 7:50 pm manager comes from back beginning to assist the woman who is front of me STILL! "CJ" walks up to me to help I begin explaining what was happening with my phone, stated “ I needed to purchase a new phone “ CJ" then states" Yeah you could but we close in 3 minutes, and it would take me until 10 am in the morning so come back tomorrow “

We were given 2 false promotions a few months ago, one for a free iPhone exchange and the other for a free added phone line. I've since spent multiple hours on the phone with T mobile customer service and this store's manager and they still haven't rectified the mistake, which has costed us over $100 extra. I am beyond frustrated, and am still waiting for a call back from the store's manager.

We went to this store as a last resort before swapping companys.we live in a rural area no fiber available.we was told at this store we could contact corporate they would send us a free signal booster.made it sound all good.we agreed to give it a try.called corporate they said the booster don't exist.so we are in the same boat we was to start with.16 year customer you just lost.t mobile is ragedy
