“The service in person is fine, but for local delivery the shoes packed in the box still had stains on the shoe, so I had to drive to Prattville just to get a pair with no stains. Can’t fully blame the store as a whole, may have been a situation where the store associate did not recognize it, but other than that they have great sales so these Nike Monarchy’s aka Dad shoes are very comfortable, stylish, yes, I said stylish lol and affordable!”
“If you live in the area or just passing through this is a Must Stop for any college football fan! Great selection and prices. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. I called about a certain size and color and they had all of the options pulled for me when I got there. Would definitely come back”
“Well folk's this is a REAL country store. When I'd stop to get some coffee it was hot and not expensive like the circle k. Early morning breakfast biscuits, loaded grit bowls and hot coffee you can't go wrong. I'll always stop when I'm in the neighborhood. Thanks ladies”
“The staff in the Prattville property was very nice and helpful. However, I drove to Prattville from Montgomery because no one answered the phone. Although, the Prattville property had all the shoes that Montgomery did not have, a quick phone call could have saved me a trip, just to determine whether or not Prattville had the shoes.
My two cents, for a store that is that busy. If the store had someone to answer calls, and ordered shoes that are not in stock could definitely drive incremental revenue. The guys leaving the register to get shoes and cash guest out seems a but overwhelming.
If it was my store, I would hire a floor person with a earpiece to be the runner to grab shoe sizes at the same time answer the store phone, because that individual would be more knowledgeable with what the store has in stock.
If you would ask me over the phone to order shoes, most likely I would say yes, because of the great customer service.

“The store is clean and well stocked. There is a large amount of taxidermy, store is a lot of fun to wander around in. Only complaint, the entrance/exit is ridiculous. The parking lot is chopped up, the entrance/exit is winding, confusing, and very poorly designed. Once you finally arrive, the store is great.”
