Walked into the store, asked if I had signed in online and then was told I had to download an app, create an account and then I could check in for a haircut. There was only one other person inside waiting for a haircut but I wasn’t allowed to just sign in even though I was standing there in person and they were not busy at all? I think if the only way you can get in to a place is by having the app, that’s going to turn away business. I don’t want another app on my phone. I just wanted a haircut.

I always go here, unless I go in Air Force Base but I’ve been going here quite a bit lately and I always get the MVP and the lady today

Well, it was the first haircut I’ve had in a dozen years that my wife actually liked. It’s hard to put a price on that. The stylist asked me what I wanted, I told her, and she did it. It doesn’t get any better than that.Service: Haircut

Got my hair cut there last Thursday and it was absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had in my life (and I am over 50 years old). I would never go back to this location for any reason!Services: Haircut

Ok. If you look below, you will see a rather cold review from a lady, and I use that term loosely, named BeepBeep TootToot. She refers to a guy who walks in and gets service right away while she is turned away. That was ME! And let me tell you, this Karen totally misrepresented the entire situation. I had checked in online over 90 minutes earlier and ate lunch nearby just so that I would be able to get in when they were ready for me. I pass a lady in uniform walking out, and I hold the door open for her. She doesn't even acknowledge me when I say good day. I walk in, sign in, and the stylist, Wendy, brings me back, starts asking me what I wanted today, and the usual routine for starting a haircut. Then this Karen in Camo comes back in and opens up with the usual, I want to see a manager. She felt it was wrong for them to point out that she didn't sign in online, and that meant that the people who did were in line ahead of her. She rather crassly asked me if I signed in online, and I said yes, about 90 minutes ago. She then gets huffy and whines about how she just needs a neck trim and its not fair that she should have to wait like that and don't they respect the uniform in this place and so on. Now please note, I have the UTMOST respect for those who serve. My grandfather was a veteran. I would have happily said let her go first if that's all she needs. At least I would have if this lady had shown the people in this establishment even the slightest ounce of respect. I heard the way the girl spoke to her before she walked out the first time, and she could not have been more polite. "Ma'am, I'm sorry, but we have a 48-minute wait right now." She didn't get the chance to say more before Commando Karen walked out. And then, when she came back in, I was in shock at how this woman was speaking to the employees here. She clearly thought that her uniform was a Golden Ticket, and anyone who didn't immediately bow down and kiss her camouflaged butt was an enemy to be Karen-ed to death. So no, I was not going to give this entitled brat my spot and let her get away with treating the hard-working and skilled staff at this Sport Clips like garbage. I hope you read this review BeepBeep, and take a hard look in the mirror. And I hope that your neck is still untrimmed. Wendy was nothing but polite and considerate to you, and she did not deserve to have you cross her path that day. As for the others who read this, I will say, this place is excellent and I highly recommend them. Just be sure to check in online, since the wait can be long, especially around lunch and in the afternoon.#gfkServices: Haircut

Well we tried buy after a 2 hr wait we had to leave. 2 stylist decided to take a hr lunch leaving just 1 to do the work. I get you gotta eat but when you have an hr wait already ? Really? Wasted two plus hrs of my day for nothing!! Had to leave to get ready for work so our son will have to wait I guess. But never sport clips!Service: Kids' cuts

Each time I have come in to this store the stylists treat me as if they do not want to serve me. As soon as I walked in the door the young stylist shouted there is a 42 minute wait if you didn’t sign in online—without even greeting me. RUDE! There was only one other client in the store. I purposefully waited 8 months before trying to give this place another chance because they were extremely rude the last time I was here. They were nice to all the men around me, but blatantly rude to me. I thought maybe they were just busy and had a negative crew of stylists, but today I learned that it’s just their culture and climate to be rude. There is no sign on the door that says sign in online first. I didn’t have to sign in online on the last time. So how was I to know that they were so overwhelmed with this one client today that I needed to sign in online? As I walked out today a gentleman walked in and was greeted and seated by a different stylist named Wendy. I walked back in after a moment to speak with a manager. I explained my frustration to Wendy. She clasped her hands and gave me a dismissive “OK”. Nothing else said. Don’t come here on your lunch break for a simple neck trim. Don’t come here if you are in uniform. Don’t come here if you are a woman. And you can guess the rest. Clearly, we are not welcomed.

Husband went in for a basic trim and the lady was rude as hell. Just kept cutting after he repeatedly told her that it was enough. Had an awful attitude…his hair is all screwed up. Don’t know her name. But she’s Mexican. Do NOT let her touch your hair.Service: Haircut
