Jaye was super helpful to this tech challenged baby boomer. Over the course of two visits, she spent over two hours assisting me. Definitely gets my vote for customer service rep of the year!

I came into this store and signed in. There were 5 people on the screen. She called the #2 person up. That is very inconsiderate and rude. I will never come here again.

Jaye was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!
She got my cellular telephone and the Spectrum App working again!!!!!
She was friendly, nice, and professional.
Give her a raise or something great.
She did not mind my craziness either. ??

There were 2 customers in the location when I got there to turn in my equipment. It took almost an hour while the two employees took a leisurely pace and told stories while signing them up. At least an hour before I go to turn my equipment in. HORRIBLE customer service. 2 people and they're swamped!

I I wanted to cancel my service and disrespectful customer service cause I wanted to cancel my internet service and also don't come and this Spectrum store and because my internet didn't work it and threatening to call the cops on me

The absolute worst service period. Had only two people working for a straight hr and half with 12 people waiting. Superviser and one other person was walking from the back to the front without offering to help others customers who literally have been waiting forever while the same 2 customers are being helped the whole dang near 2 hrs now. Will never come back to this place again and save yourself the time and set things up for anything over the phone.

If you want to wait all day and not get served, this place is it.
No one was there when I was there, then I was told this customer was here and will get worked done as soon as he’s done. Ok no problem, but you know what they did? They started chatting about the ESPN interviews that was displayed behind them. Like are you kidding me this isn’t the sports bar. They didn’t even want to tell us how much longer they’ve got. I guess they are just there for paycheck

This review is not about this particular store, but as to Spectrum as a whole. Internet speeds were never even close to what they claim to be, even when hard-wired into the equipment. Of course their app’s speed test says it is, but none of my devices were testing even close to the speed spectrum was claiming. Also out of nowhere, their Spectrum Select tv service got added to my bill. I did not ask for this to be added and I had no use for it. Doubled my bill, so I decided to cancel. The only way to cancel is to sit on hold on the phone for 15 minutes. You can add services on the app whenever you want, but if you want to cancel then it’s a problem. Companies like this are a joke.

Spectrum is the absolute worst internet you could ever have and I’ve had it all. There’s not a single day that goes by where I haven’t had a problem with my internet either going out or just not working at all. I figured cheaper would be better but no, even the most expensive option is worst than any other companies cheapest options. If you’re thinking of switching spectrum from a different company DO NOT!!!!!! I will happily pay more with another company just to get rid of this garbage.

Been with Spectrum for over 10 years I don’t even have one cable box in my house. I use the spectrum app with the Internet. My bills almost $200. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money with Spectrum.

I WENT THERE FOR HELP IN REGARDS OF MY BILL BECAUSE THEY KEPT SAYING IT WAS A FRAUD CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT...OK I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE ASK ME WHAT I WAS THERE FOR AND WHEN I EXPLAINED WHY I WAS THERE TO HIM HE STOPPED ME AND ASKED MY PHONE NUMBER AND ALL THE TIME HE'S CONVERSATING WITH ME HE'S SPITTING SNUFF AND PEANUTS IN A BOTTLE AND AFTER 10 MINUTES OF LOOKING AT HIM BEING RUDE HE STILL DIDN'T HELP ME. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO SPECTRUM IN PRATTVILLE ON SATURDAY 3/30/24

Spectrum can be very aggravating especially their retention team..with reverse psychology and lying tactics. To the point that I wanted to stop service ..but this angel JASHIRA WHITLOCK made me regain trust in this company. She was extremely understanding of my situation, utterly transparent, and went above and beyond THIS is how you keep customers not by tricking them.. shout out to this queen for being so amazing. lol now somebody give her a raise or I’m calling corporate. ??jk she deserves it though. Thank you.
