I have been going almost 5 months to PT at Promise PT. Eddie and his staff are absolutely wonderful people professionally and are very knowledgeable about their job. The staff are so much fun and full of love and compassion. This place exemplifies what being the hands and feet of Jesus looks like. I would totally recommend anyone to them if you are in need of PT. You will not regret it. I would especially like to give a big shout out to Josh. No pain no gain. God bless all of you.

I truly love the care. Eddie Grice and his staff are excellent there is not a clunker amongst them. They are all professionals and are very courteous and very caring and very thorough. They all work as a team. I cannot say enough good things about them

I had back issues and my ortho recommended Promise as an option. I have never had therapy before so I didn't know what to expect. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they really care about you as a person and a patient. Joshua and Christina were very good at managing my pain level and helping me strengthen my core and I always felt better after a session. I think these guys are great and I would recommend them to those in need of therapy.

My daughter went here and I have also used Promise Physical Therapy in the past. They are amazing! My daughter came here after another PT place (across from Home Depot) caused her to reinjure her knee. She had to have to have surgery again. Eddie listened and was very knowledgeable. Absolutely no complaints.

I became a client of Promise PT as rehab for hip replacement surgery. From the initial eval, through all of the visits, to the day I was released from care, my experience was excellent. The facility is well-equipped and immaculately maintained. The entire staff (front desk, PTs, PTAs, technicians) are all professional, kind, friendly, empathetic, and encouraging. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs physical therapy and who wants to put in the work to better their life.

If you ever need to go to physical therapy I 100% recommend promise physical therapy!!! Eddie Grice has been absolutely amazing! His staff make me feel so welcome and we always catch up and talk every visit during therapy (which as a girl I of course love). They never push you harder than your body lets you go and always listen to the pain that you’re in and help you every way they can! I can’t recommend them enough!
