They simply don't have any cigars anymore. I think Patsy is calling it quits. Maybe no one is smoking stogies anymore too. Was the best in the region for a long time

If a box is closed, they are out of it. I was carded going in, and they are out of 90% of everything. Pretty horrible. In the picture, if a box is closed they are out of it.

The service was exceptional! I believe his name was James and he was great, friendly service and helpful as could be. Unfortunately the humidor was almost empty.

This place is a little odd but pretty nice over all. I did not see a lounge but they have a huge walk-in humidor. You are not allowed to pick up any cigars yourself, I was told, “not because of Covid but because of shoplifters.” That was the odd part, they have an awesome selection and the staff person was nice enough when I was there. I just picked up one cigar for a trip traveling south bound on I-65. Pretty easy to get to place and plenty of parking.
